RETURN POLICY: Returns for full purchase accepted up to 30 days for any reason, if unmounted and unstrung, minus shipping. All others, modified, or special orders will be on a review basis.
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS within two weeks, as all tuners are built to order. If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please email us at gregmatonis@gmail.com to place your order directly with e-mail. Sorry for this inconvenience, we have no real time shipping cost, unless we know what country we are shipping to.
